China Automotive Information Security Sharing Analysis Center (C-Auto-ISAC) Results Release and Seminar Successfully Held

　　May 9-10, 2019, China Automotive Information Security Sharing Analysis Center (C-Auto-ISAC) hosted by China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Automobile Center") and China National Automotive Industry Center Data Resource Center The results release and seminar was held in Xiqing District, Tianjin. Bi Junsheng, Director of the Tianjin Communications Administration, Gao Hesheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Automotive Industry Center, Fu Jingguang, Director of the Network Security Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Liu Fawang, Executive Deputy Director of the China Software Testing Center, attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Zheng Jihu, director of the Data Resource Center of the China National Automotive Industry Center. More than 200 domestic and foreign experts from vehicle manufacturers, auto parts companies, Internet companies, third-party institutions, universities and research institutes gathered together around the intelligent network. Car information security "shared mechanism, standard regulations, evaluation and certification, testing technology, OTA upgrade, protection technology" and other fields have been discussed in depth.

　　Gao Hesheng pointed out that car information security is very important, but the information security field as a whole faces the problems of insufficient talent capacity, lack of technology and shortage of tools. The development of intelligent networked automobile industry has been restricted to a certain extent. Under this situation, as a third-party organization in the automotive industry, the China Automotive Center will continue to strengthen its information security capabilities and work with industry colleagues to build a comprehensive automotive information security ecosystem.

　　Fu Jingguang pointed out that network security has become the basis and premise for the healthy development of the Internet of Vehicles industry. Relevant enterprise organizations should jointly explore and coordinate advancement, and propose to implement the main responsibility of enterprises, build safety standards and testing and certification platforms, and improve the network security synergy linkage mechanism. 　　During the conference, the C-Auto-ISAC Secretariat released the top ten risks in the industry, such as unsecure cloud interfaces, unauthorized access and unsafe third-party components, and introduced future development plans. At the same time, experts and scholars from OEMs, third-party institutions and universities have been appointed to set up C-Auto-ISCA expert steering committees and expert technical committees.

　　During the two-day agenda, the relevant guests also shared the latest research results of international advanced information security management experience, standards and regulations construction progress, test protection technology, and OTA upgrade security solutions.

　　With the continuous development of the new car, the sharing and analysis of public opinion will become an important means to solve the problem of car information security.
